As a Citizens Advice Bureau, we are a member of Citizens Advice, the national charity which sets standards for advice and equal opportunities and supports bureaux with an information system, training and other services.
Our experience us a unique insight into the problems facing citizens in our community. We have a key role in speaking up for our clients and raising issues brought into the Bureau with Citizens Advice nationally, so that they can contribute to public debate and campaign for an improvement to policies and services.
