Opening hours:

This service is for clients facing possession proceedings at the County Court  for rent or mortgage arrears.

Clients are seen on a first come first served basis. However, priority is given to clients with a hearing that day.

If you have just received a claim for possession or there is some time before your hearing we may be able to help you better in the first instance if you come into either Wokingham or Reading Bureau.
